Owner & Lead Inspector
For more than 25 years, I dedicated my career to protecting families as a local firefighter. During that time, I also spent over 10 years as a fire inspector conducting code inspections, identifying hazards and helping prevent emergencies before they happened. In the unfortunate circumstances of a fire, I am also experienced as a fire investigator to identify the cause of those fires. My job is always about one thing - keeping people safe.
When I decided to become a home inspector, it wasn't because I wanted to leave that mission behind. It was because I wanted to expand it.
Today, I have the opportunity to help families before they move into a home, giving them the knowledge they need to make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. As a husband and father raising my own family here in the Chicagoland area, I understand how important it is to provide a safe home and protect the investments we've worked so hard to build. When I inspect a home, I approach it with the same care and attention to detail I would expect if someone were inspecting a home for my own family. A home is more than just a building - it's where memories are made, children are raised, and families feel secure. My goal is to help you understand the condition of your home so you can move forward with confidence.
My experience as a firefighter, fire investigator and fire inspector has trained me to notice details that others might overlook. I evaluate every home with safety, functionality, and long-term reliability in mind. Whether it's a first home, a forever home, or an investment property, I believe every client deserves an honest, thorough, and unbiased inspection.
At Red Line Home Inspection Services, you'll receive:
A comprehensive inspection performed with integrity and attention to detail.
A clear, easy-to-understand report with high-quality photos.
Reports delivered within 24 hours.
Honest answers to your questions before, during, and after the inspection.
In addition to comprehensive home inspections, we also offer radon testing, mold testing, and thermal imaging, giving you the option to uncover hidden issues that could impact your family's health or your investment.
Buying a home can feel overwhelming - especially if it's your first. My goal is to make the inspection process educational, straightforward, and stress-free. I want every client to walk away understanding their home, not just receiving a report.
At the end of the day, I'm not just inspecting houses - I'm helping families protect the place they'll call home.
I look forward to earning your trust and helping you make a confident decision.
Protecting homes. Protecting families. Protecting your investment.
